All provisions of these Terms, which by their nature, extend beyond the expiration or termination of this Agreement, including, without limited, clauses pertaining to suspension or termination, EBCoin Account cancellations, debts owed to EBCoin, general use of the Sites, disputes with EBCoin, and general provisions shall survive termination or expiration of these Terms. You agree to not use an EBCoin logo or other proprietary graphic of EBCoin to link to the Sites without our express written permission. You further agree to not use, frame, or utilize framing techniques to enclose any EBCoin trademark, logo, or other proprietary information, including the images found on the Sites, Services, Content, or the content of any text or the layout or design of any page, or form contained on a page, on the Sites without our express written consent. Unless we provide prior written consent, your use of the Sites, Services, or Content other than as specifically authorized herein is strictly prohibited and may result in termination of the license granted to you under this clause.
